Established in 1953, Brunswick Athletics Club based in Melbourne, was one of the first women-only athletics clubs expanding in later years, allowing members of both sexes to join.
These days, Brunswick Athletic Club gives you the opportunity to be coached and to compete in athletics within a family-friendly atmosphere. For more experienced athletes, the athletics club gives you the opportunity to develop any parts of your running race that may need it and help you peak, for the right time of year.
As well as participating in track and field events throughout the summer season (usually October – March), Brunswick Athletics Club also has great social activities and fundraisers throughout the year. Event highlights of the athletics club are the Club Championships and one of the best Trophy Presentation nights of any athletics clubs in Melbourne or Victorian.
Brunswick Athletes Club’s athletes, compete in various grades, with all ages welcome starting from 11 y.o. All running, throwing & jumping events are contested.
